Title: Variant Skins

I was thinking about starting to make variant skins (and new animals)  but i have no idea on how to go about it, and i probably wont be able to code as i am not that good on computers.

Wot software would i need eg. paint programme
i have paint and arcsoft photo studio, would these do?

where do i get the normal skins from so that i can recolour them.

Under the downlaods section there is a guide called the VAT guide by penguinman, good luck! :D
