2 programs that might make life easier (i use boht of them)
Flash Renamer (http://www.rlvision.com/flashren/about.asp)
will rename all your folder and file names in one hit
Inforapid Search and replace (http://www.inforapid.de/html/searchreplace.htm)
will rename all the strings in multiple xml files (like if you have cheetah in 6 files that you want to change to RNDcheetah)
these both saved me so much time when making my fences pack. could edit all the strings in a matter of seconds
