The Darn Thing Won't Show Up!

I've coded an animal, the stripped lokondor and the zoopeidia works, and when I put the cursor over the blank icon its says it's name. But every time I click on it a box pops up that says "microsoft has encountered a problem eror"ect. I'm sure some of you have encounterd this before. How can I get it to show up right. Somebody please help.  :sad
