Animal Problem

I'm doing a new animal, but it won't show up. I think the problem is the Hex files, it contains so much data that I don't if I forgot to edit something please help. Im so angry :angry  Im so close to finishing it. I made it from a downloaded animal so I know what to edit. Any Help?
