Aniamls Modifiers

Where do you get the downloads to modify and create aniamls. Is it only for aministrators, and how do you modify if it isn't a download. Please let me know.

I will move this to ZT2 editing.

I am not quite sure what you mean though... to make animals there is no program that will help you do it. At Zoo Tycoon Center is a guide called APE II which can help you  start. the problem is that it has loads of bugs and the finished product wont have a gift or other things needed for submission here at ZA. You can also join the site ZT2 Designing Center (link in my sig) which helps people learn how to do it.
