Animal Problems!

I am making a species of gazelle. The female is showing up, but the preview image has a white skin, which is my first problem.
The second, is the male won't show up at all!!
Help!  :crazy

I think that the problem is in the .nif file. You have to open it with a hexadecimal editor (FlexHex, for example), then use the search option and find the .dds references. When you find a line with xxxx.dds you have to change the xxxx to the name of your .dds files, but the new name must have the same length than the old one, or the game will crash  ;)
