I have just downloaded Dooots path turtorial.  I had to download dxtbmp.  When I tried to open the currect file with dxtbmp, nothing happened.  It returned me to the open with screen.  Does anyone know what happened?
Edit: Suddenly, it showed up on my desktop.  Weird.  Anyway, I tried to open the file with dxtbmp, and it came up with "... is not a valid Win32 application" what does that mean?

To fix that open up DXTBMP first by clicking the shortcut. Then, after DXTBMP is open to go "File > Load" and find the skin :)
