User Created Challenges

I noticed there's a user created campaigns(sp?) and challenges section under the downloads of zoo tycoon 2 here at ZA.  There's nothing there, does that mean they are too hard to make or nobody got around to it? I think that would be cool, people could make packs with animals and challenges that goes along with them
