Has anyone managed to resize an animal icon? I know this requires editing the alpha chanel to match the size of the icon image, I have tried this myself, but the end result is a bit scruffy.

Resize it how? Like make the animal in the icon itself larger? Please be more specific with your questions, as it makes it easier to answer if we have more information.
