Well first are you sure they need to be saved as DXT1? And I also use with alpha (means transperancy - so I guess if you made something invisible it will show up when you choose no alpha). Have you tried just the DDS DXT 1 (eg. WITH alpha)?

OK sounds strange, but then maybe it's not the images, could it be you're making a mistake in the coding?

There is a line in the .nif that must be changed, as well as a few other places. I could do it for you if you want, or I can explain it to you in more detail.

WinHEX. Small, simple and does the job (or so I'm told). Also when you say all your files have the same name, i presume they still have the _adult or _male or whatever still there, if not that could be a problem

But sometimes the nif's are write protected, if you can't change the files use flexHex (only 30 days) or maybe you can right click for properties and maybe you can uncheck the wrtie protected.

Has anybody ever seen or looked up on the Internet a Whitebacked Peafowl? I just did and the only thing I could find was a Whitebacked Vulture. Are Peacock and Peafowol the same thing because I looked up both and couldn't find anything?
