I cant save my game!!!

Hi guys apologies if its mentioned somewhere but i cant find info so thought better ask. I have Zoo tycoon 2 and ES and when i build a zoo and attempt to save get the message"File is Read Only Unable to save game"
Any ideas coz the game aint much good to me when i cant save!! Thanks in advance

are you sure you ahve the full games and not the demo games?
