Could Someone Help Me Out?

I have posted once in another topic but I'm really getting quite desperate. I need to know how to get unlocked animals (e.g. Chinese Alligator) in the Freeform Game.
I've finished 'Last Resort' by a cheat and gotten my second Sumatran tiger (female). I made the two an exhibit and they now have 2 male cubs. However, they still aren't available in the Freeform game. Can someone give me tips on what to do? Your help would be greatly appreciated!
