Panda Zoo - HELP!!

I have 5 star fame and nothing is happening.  No panda is available, what am I missing??  Please help!  I am on my third try at this scenario!

Try Keep Declining the animals ( What evers it called )
Or Try downloading http://zoo.ogresnet.com/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=456] and put it in your saved games, It is the Mysterious Panda...
I know also I got tried of look for it so i downloaded =))

you just have to be patiant, just make sure you save you r game when you hit 5 stars, that way if if don't get the panda you can try again

Make sure you have the $50,000 to adopt the panda and keep declining animals. It will show up eventually as long as you stay at 5 stars. For some reason giant pandas just don't show up as often but it will!
