Marine park empire - animals in crates?

Newbie alert - searched but didn't find - after placing animals - black bears - with large pen and good animal happiness and zookeeper to feed - soon the bears become hungry and get placed in large metal looking crates - any help greatly appreciated - thanks in advance :penguin:
