Creature Creation Help

So I've been working off and on (mostly off) on a creature for ZTCC. I used the images of the Red Dragon (created by Lehner). After editing the images, I made the animal "from scratch" in APE using the lion as a base. However, the creature doesn't work; it's invisible. I've tried looking through the *.ucs file but I don't see any mistakes that would cause the creature to not work. Would anyone be willing to take a look at it?

sorry but you cannot upload files in this part of the forum.  also you need to get Lehner permission to use thier graphics.

I didn't upload a file to the forum, I provided a url to the file.  o_O  As for permission, I was going to wait until the creature was done before actually uploading it. Doesn't matter though. No idea what's wrong with it; will just delete the file later.
