.dll Editing Program

A long long time ago I asked for some kind of program that allows me to edit .dll files. I forgot the name of the program and the thread doesn't exist anymore. Can anyone suggest me good programs for that?

i presume you mean for zt1 and so moved it here as for the .dl files for zt2 is just notepad.  to edit the zt1 .dll you need a program like reshack.

Well if you're talking about the dl files, they're easily edited with Notepad.  :huh
