In the guide "creating zoo material" it says "Right click on the file. Select Open With. Choose WinZip".

WinZip is a program, so you can zip/pack a lot of files together in one file, to save space and it's easier to find again  :D , they are the called a .zip file. You can also unzip these files again with using WinZip or something similar. You can download winzip here
