something is wrong with my animal

okay i made a scarab out of a cheetah, but the cheetah doesn't always look like a scarab even though i deleted everey animation besides eat,run,trot,walk,and stand and also it has like this black stuff surrounding it can someone either take it and fix it themselves or will someone tell me how to fix it? WWWWWWWWWWWWWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying:

Did you change the animations in the Eat, run, trot, walk, and stand?
