I think fencing is as difficult as buildings cuz im thinking you have to include another file that makes animals stay within it or something. I just dont fiddle with these kinda things and try to stick with animals and scenery. You could Pm a good designer to configure your items for you, sorry but thats all I can help you with.

BlackDragon is right Jay is good he is over at ZKL. Mark Bell retired and Quivaz is only on every now and then.
But we do have some great designers here at ZA as well. Try Flamethrower or Casey for that matter, they have been around for a long long time and they might know how to do the fence thing.

Planet kitty is a ZA designer who has made both fences and paths. And yes there is a difficulty to doing these objects as they both take a lot of images to creat as well as programing for them to work in the game. But they can be done.
