If You Have Two Of The Same Id?

If you have two creation ID numbers that are the same will it afect anything or is it ok? The reason I ask is because I thought I read that you cant somewere be cant remember if it was somthing else or not or were I read it! If it is not ok how do I cahange the ID numer?

the same ID-numbers won't overwrite (though there's a small bug you'll notice)

it's worse to have a folder or file with the same name, for example   animals/abcd1234  or  animals/abcd1234/abcd1234.uca
Those two animals would overwrite eachother
