Title: Zoo Tek... where are thee?

What has happened to Zoo Tek? Does anyone know if its down for good or just temporarly? ANy downloads from there are no longer available and the site itself seems to be down. Shame cause it was a good site. If it is down for good will its downloads be available anywhere else?
