Hi, I have ES Expansion and pretty much from when I first got the expansion, every once in a while a screen pops up that is blue and says that my computer has detected a malfunction.  I have checked and I have above the video requirements, and I have more than enough memory.  it usually happens right when i load a zoo up.  If anyone could help, it would be nice.

I had that problem before on my computer, but we fixed it by adding another fan.

When I had that problem recurring a few months ago, it turned out to be a problem with my modem.  But the fact that you had this problem only since you got the ES is a bit suspicious.... :8

Actually, I kind of agree with the overheating problem. :sweat This may sound stupid, but have you ever cleaned your fan? or taken the back off your compute and dusted the insides? It won't hurt it. You'll be amazed at what you find on the backside of that fan screen! :shocked
And, believe it or not, ES could make it overheat, because it requires a lot of the pc's virtual memory.

I cleaned out the inside of my computer and updated my bios, but those things didn't help. I think it is a problem with my video card, I'm going to try to talk my dad into buying a new one
