How do I make custom guests?

I was wondering how could I make new skins for guests? I've been thinking about some funny guests, and I was wondering if it was possible to make custom guests.

As I am sure you know, no one has yet done this so you aren't going to get an exact answer.

What I can recomend is to look at the offical "Guest Fun Pack" download because it has everything you need for guests.
