Need Help

I tried to download a download called,"Update Summer 2004."Disable my firewall to download it and I am unable to download it. What am I doing wrong. Please let me know as soon as possible.

well a bit more information would be useful - how about a link to the exact downlaod so that we can check which one yu mean to make sure there is no problem with the downlaod itself.

well it seems that this is NOT a ZA downlaod - so we are unable to hlep (refers to the microsoft directx download) so this is now :closed
