Title: Guest Issues

i have this really odd issue with guests and exhibit fencing.  when they go to view animals in their exhibits, half of their bodies get stuck in the fencing and they are still walking.  their heads are also in front of the neck.  the BIG problem i have with this is that when i have a sunken exhibit, the guests in the fencing fall in.  does anyone know how to fix this?
