Wolfclan is right this happened on my cousins Game and I call it the Glich (da da da) you have to change your graphic setting lower and it should stop the glich on my cousins was every where though not just the water.

Different computers need different settings, depending on your personal configuration. I suggest trying Medium or High and see what happens. :happy

True. My compy cant handle low graphics, only high and medium. If I set it to low it locks up!

Then I suggest you check for new drivers for your graphics card. It might need updated.  :huh

I had this problem. My Graphics card couldnt handle high settings. Mabey......are your settings on your computer all normal?
