Can the size of objects be made smaller

I was wondering if objects in the game can be made smaller.  I was thinking about the fountains, they are so large and don't fit into may spaces.  I guess BF thinks everything should be huge, it reminds me of the cat climber, just to big to use often.
I know that someone made the archs much bigger and was just wondering if that would work the other way around with fountains, or the cat climber.  I guess this would have to be a question for a designer...but not sure who.
