Animal Realism Hack Troubles

Ok, I've been trying to get the animal realism hack for a while now but either it doesn't work or I didn't understand the instuctions well. I'm using the savanah one (so I'd notive cause the giraffe is like twice as big), so I would surly notice. Can someone please help me.
