Do you know if they killed them all in that spot or did they carry them there and set up a little lizard buffet? It would be interesting if they pooled their kills like that in order to feed the mob. Do they do that in real life?

These three meerkats wer rescued by someone who bought them from a pet store that was passing them off as a strange speicies of ferret. The owner was surprised how agressive they got. He handed them over to us so we could take better care of them.

Stripe and Strife were mistaken as domestic puppies and were bought at a pet store. Their owner abandoned them because of how much they ate and their size.

Species- Pygmy Hippopotamus
Cause of abuse- a local farmer was sold this animal by a hooded man on Monday at 9:34 PM exactly and the farmer reports that since it was dark out he could not see the difference between the two species but on further expection it is also reported that many other exotic and rare species were uncovered within 100 yards of the farmers well farm.

the other animals found were as follows-
2 prewalski wild horses (desgised as farm horses but blood tests confirmed their breed)
3 ibex
1 jaguar (desgised as a house cat)
and finally and also unfortunately 2 young komodo dragons that were reported alive but around 10 komodo dragon skins were found in the house along with 4 komodo dragon eggs.

Post by: Cuddly Panda on May 27, 2006, 07:03:32 PM: In a site in South Africa, 3 secretary birds and a nile monitor have been found. the sectretary birds were all in crates, and a robber dressed in black had kept them captive in cramped enclosures. The robber has been put in jail and fined $2000 per bird.

The Nile monitor, named monkey, was found in a local house being kept as a pet in an empty fish tank. The monitor suffers deseases and will attack anything in sight. He is always cranky and is not compatible with other monitors.

also u said that the lizards die and decompose but does that mean u still cant have a mini exibit for the lizards or have them free roaming and do they excape from exibits and do the walk around the entire exibit?

I just made ANOTHER discovery! Because the two enclosures are connected by an above ground tunnel, they are treated as one exhibit. I found this out when I assigned thir keeper to the exhibit with water and shelter. Both were highlighted by the assignment grid.

Okay, here's what you do. Make a tank, any shape you want, and lower it. Now place elevated path along the top so it is completley covered. Now raise the tank walls and presto! It's an indoor tank!
