The Mimosa Zoo has now opened!  This first shot is the tundra area complete with penguins, caribou, musk ox, and beluga whales.

btw..this is probably a dumb ?...but what does Mimosa mean..or where did the word originate?..thanx ;)

great pics Animalover44! The tundra themed area looks great. I've never had much luck making that theme look good in my zoos but you've done an excellent job of it.

Well, Mimosa is the name of my zoo, not of an actual musk ox species.  I was wondering what Mimosa mean like two minutes ago and apparently it stands for Machinery Information Management Open Systems Alliance and it is also a species of tree.
