Happy Hippos...not for me

I guess i am just dumb or something, but i CAN NOT figure out how to get my Hippo exhibit rating above about 80....i am adding foilage, rocks, and terrain one by one, and watching the red/green faces, but it still says my rating is low. What do i need to do to get a 100?

Turn the grid on by hitting Ctrl-G and first place plants until the hippos say no more with the red face. Then go back through and put 3 more plants per each square that has a bit of foliage on it, so that you have 4 plants per square. Hope that helps!

Check out Wisco's Zoo Tycoon animals suitability guide here http://users.skynet.be/wisco/index2_zootycoon.html On this page you will see 2 listings for the hippo. Click on the version you need - regular ZT ot the MM version. Follow his guide for building your exhibt and you will get most likely 90 to 100% from your hippos and they'll be very happy. This site of Wisco's has been a valuable resourse for ZT 1 animals for a very long time and I use it often myself.
