Interspecies interaction.
« on: May 19, 2006, 04:22:03 PM »
Well, some of you guys have already gotten AA, so I want to ask you how do the new animals interact with the old ones and the best biome to have each couple of species together. The species asked are:
-White and black rhino.
-Common and pigmy hippo.
-Nile monitor and Komodo dragon.
-Galapagos and African spurred tortoises.
-Retic and masai giraffes.
-Grey and Ethiopian wolves.
-Wolverine and ratel.

Please note that the "couples" are meant to be in mixed exibits.
Thanks for your time.

well i just tried mixing masai and retic giraffes, and they interact with each other, they sniff, fight, play and even make bands to stay walknig like the buffalos, but the other animals i don't tried because they are of diferent habitatas, but probaly the spored and galapagos tortoise go well, and the wolwerine tries to kill ratels

If you put grey wolves and ethopian wolves together in a grassland exhibit, they get along perfectly fine. You can even have an ethopian wolf/grey wolf/african wild dog exhibit, although from what i've seen they don't all form a big pack. :dancedog:

Please, look at posts dates. It was posted on MAY. That's 9 months. I've got AA and tested them long ago. Wolverines and ratels go well together, by the way, but you have to hack away the bad smell. Same for the wolves. And playing mixing biomes is more fun. Animals live in different biomes in real life.
