Can someone make a leopard out of the black one, and let THEM cross breed?

Stay on topic.

For the last time, they are different models! Think of Zoo Empre, think of Zoo Empire!

The models are different.  The Masai Giraffe is a little more defined than the reticulated giraffe.  The Masai Giraffe was put in the game to show off new breeding capabilities, and it's something that the designers can use for many different animals that have already been created.

Had the Masai Giraffe just been like every other animal, it would not have been a very good addition, but because of the new element it brings, it's a fantastic addition.

Very nice point, AnimalKingdom.

Also, the masai has quite a few differences from the reticulated. For one, from what I have seen, it is larger.

yes bengal, the size difference is quite obvious, also, i never realized how much giraffes herd, they really do it more than the buffalo.

We could also try and make multipe species interbreeding. We could make masai and reticulated, and then add stc's baringo, then there are many more...

The problem is, even if we could create more crossbreeding pairs, how we we control what the babies are? Variant skins? If we did that, as penguinman said earlier, two lions might have a baby liger! and what would the baby look like when it grew up?

I bneleive that is the code for what type of baby they have but in order for them to breed with another species I belive that you need to use the mating code as well.
I thinnk this is the whole thing:

I'm a little confused (i know nothing about coding). is it or isn't possible to make crossbreeding pairs?

A liger is a real animal. I saw it on the news. A cub is about 900 pounds.

does anyone know what zoo had the first liger PM

Thats so cool besides it make sense because masi are just a sub specias of giraffe causing the animals to produce fertile offspring

Ligers are infertile cause there different specias.

no they are not infertile. Albinos are infertile not crossbred animals. if you bread a liger and a liger, u get a liger. It's been done many times

If Albinos are infertile then why did snowflake have six children or why can i have an albino corn snake from another albino corn snake and why can....:blushing:
kind of went over board heres a quote from a zoo that has a liger named hobbs

"All ligers are presumed to be born sterile. This is not unusual for hybrids. Mules are the result of breeding a horse with a donkey and are also presumed to be sterile, although there is an occasional, extremely rare, exception."

and there have been only two of those instances ever thank you i am done here

yes Snoflake the gorrila that died of skin cancer in 2003 poor guy

anyways back to topic if thats the codding you would have to duplicate it then replace the parts with Liger for instanse (sp) and tigon vica versa and not have them as selectable animals therefore making them "infertile"
but i cant do coding and just think of doing that would probably be difficult

LOL. Are you making that up?

And also...if ligers are infertile, how would you get any of those combinations anyways?

And how are people talking in the same posts about albinos and ligers, since ligers are not albinos?

And how could an albino be infertile? Its just colored differently.

*scratches head* ...you all have me SOOOO confused!!

no im not making it up i promise here in the uk where there are quite a few almost free roaming "safari wildlife parks" they happen almost naturally

and as for albinos i dont know why peeps would think they would be infertile its an absence of pigment normaly melanine
