Cracked Concrete Path

is there a way to get the cracked concrete path that features in some of the campaign scenarios like the mysterious panda

It should probabely be in the item screen if you look hard enough or it might be something that is not made from a regular path even though it looks like one.  For example, some elevated paths and other objects in the game can look like regular paths if they're placed a certain way.

No, the cracked path is not something that you can buy. It was just used to show that the zoo was old and needed maintaince. It was just something that BF put in some of the scenarios.
