im new to the site, and the first thing i did when i got an account on this site was that i got ape2. i tried it and got two of the three programs necessary. for some odd reason directx doesnt work on my computer. is there any alternative to directx? :crash:
ps:i got one animal to work because it was supposed to be the default color, and now i dont know how to upload it. :boohoo:

At the moment you can't upload it to the site. We are not accepting any new files until we have our current files all installed to the site.
There will be an announcement made when we are ready to accept new files.
As for your directx problem we will need more information to be able to help you.
What operating system is on your computer. Windows 98 or Windows XP??

i have windows XP. the problem with directx is that i downloaded it, but i cant find where it is

Go to the your internet browser and Click on Tools > Internet Options for Internet Explorer or in Firefox go to Tools > Options and find the tab that deals with downloads. It should tell you where it downloaded to.
