I came across a screen shot from WC and was wondering if this is a basilosaurus or durodon?

Yes it is, I have the game and they are huge. And they dont like any other basils at all.

:specool: I am getting the game in a few days after extensive searching and finally ordering it from Ebay.

Its a shame that there isnt al lot of information online, I have gotten some cool ideas from screenshots i have seen though...

any other pointers on animals in the game ..

Its called Wildlife Park, If you want the basil you need to get Wildlife Park Wild Creatures.

Gold Edition has both games.. Wild Creatures is the expansion pack to Wildlife Park...

There is a demo that you can download here to try out the game:

I have been playing it almost a week and i like it a lot better then Zoo Tycoon... more challenging and not as cartoony. It is more realistic and a lot more involved.  

The demo allows you to play 5 animals only and you dont get everything that is in the real game, but it is still really sweet and will give you the idea.  play the game in normal zoom mode.. if you use the zoom in all the way the graffix are bigger then ZT but they look pixelated.

The basilosaurus don't look very real compared to walking with prehistoric beast.

Simba: i have no idea what you are talking about.

and why do people think that the graphics are better then ZT1.  there all pixeled, and the animations are crappy.

i feel sorry for anyone who likes it...:pout:
