Wildlife Park Gold Crash ???

Here is an update on this crash.. To explain first,  I was in the middle of building an exhibit (pause mode) and the screen went black for a minute and a prompt came up that there was an error with the WLPadd1..exe file.

I have contacted several places regarding this issue. If anyone else is experiencing this please let me know.. I will post any information i find out regarding this issue further on this thread..

they have been very prompt and helpful thus far on several questions.. I have to send them system information but will only do so if this issue happens again..

Update: after i update my windows XP and downloaded the indeo codec file, i have not had this issue. (knocking on wood)
