Question For The Developers

I have a question for the developers who put items into packs for download.  Is to easer to make a pack with everything all in one file or is it just as easy to have them all separate?  The reason I ask is that I for one would like the option to add only what really appeals to me from all of your creations.  Sometimes I would like only 3 of  5 items in my game and I have to make the choice of keeping all 5 items or not  :sad  having the 3 I want.  Sometimes I have to delete a pack because it will not work in my game, and for some strange reason if I add items one at a time most of them will work and it maybe only one item that will cause the game to crash, that happens a lot with ZT1.  I have seen other people asking about the same thing but have never really seen an answer.  For all of us who would love to see things so that we can pick what we want in our games and not have to give up your great packs altogether please let us know.  I am not complaining so please don’t take this wrong, I just wanted to know.  I am very grateful for all your hard work!

moving to download support as it is more about downloads in general than zt2 tech.


for zt1 it is easier to have things in one ztd file as the game has a limit on how many it will let you have before the game crashes.  we dont yet know if that is the case with zt2 also but to be on the safe side it again is better to merge the z2f files to make packs until we know what the file limits are.

well mingraphics you could edit the pack yourself leaving the stuff you really want and deleting the stuff you don't want

That would work if I had any idea at all how to do that  :lol   It took me days to figure out how to use my downloads at all and have them show up in my game, I know that is sad but true.  I just deal with all the stuff as long as it all works, if it has a glitch in it I just deleate the whole pack and suffer.
