Now, as to your question. You can use either WinZip or WinRAR, both free to download. After 30 days, WinZip just gives you 'nag' screens. When you've downloaded the file, right click on it and say Open With/WinZip (or WinRAR). When the file is opened, use the Extract button to extract the z2f and the dl file to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Zoo Tycoon 2. It will create a separate folder for the maker (like Penguinman or exitree or Silesian Tomcat). Your file may or may not work like that. If not, try this topic and/or this one for help.
