zoo tycoon 2 mobile game

Hi,
has anyone recently completed the the mobile game and been able to download the bonus content.
i won the content but when i try to download it it goes to a screen saying page not working.
i have emailed infusio but i was just wondering if it me, or a general problem.

help!
