please help. I unistalled all ZT and MM/DD, then reinstalled with most of the user-created scenarios. I started at the beginning, with the easiest scenarios and I'm getting like no guests. Any clues of what's happening or how to fix? Please help me. Thanks.

Is it also happening in freeform, or just in the scenarios?

like no guests
Are you geting NO guests or FEW guests?

For no guests, the only thing other than a glitch is that you don't get any guests until there's one animal in an exhibit. Make sure the entrance is not blocked with any objects.

There also may be a catch in the scenario that you don't get guests until certain conditions are met - all animals are put back in exhibits, etc.

For few guests, check your admission price. Too high and few will come. Also an increase in zoo marketing should help.

You shouldn't need to reinstall the game when adding user scenarios. Just put them in their proper folder.

It happens in freeform too.  My exhibits have animals, my entrance is unblocked, my entrance fees are reasonable. I even tried dropping them super low and still nothing.  By "like no guests" I mean in the first scenario I got a total of five guests in six months, and in the second scenario I had zero guests after two months with happy exhibits. Please continue to help me. Thanks.

Ouch. Hmmmm. I set most zoos at $49 admission, $500 marketing. I get about 30-35 per month with a 4 exhibit "starter" zoo. $29 and $500 gets about 45-50 guests per month.  Even without the marketing, you should get a reasonable number. Try removing ALL of the user created scenarios and see what happens. So far I have not had any that caused troubles. I have more or less done all from ZA. But who knows if there's one out there that's causing something weird!

Any other types of user items?

I had put a carosel and restaurant in the first scenario, if that's what you mean by user items. Of course they were a huge drain on income cuz there was no one there to use them.  I read back in other posts, and it looks like someone else had a similar problem.  They uninstalled, ran some system registry cleaner or something like that, then reinstalled. I think I'll try that and post again if it doesn't work.  Thanks for the help.  :D

User items are those created by people - ie not the items that come with the game. They can be attractions, restaurants, animals, etc. Most are fine, but there's always a couple that are not configured/programmed properly, and can cause conflicts. Sounds like the ones you used were in game.

All is well. I ran the registry cleaner, reattempted the scenarios and got lots of guests. Yahoo!
