As the title states: How do you make buildings?!?

first you make an item into scenery then you convert it.  then you make a .dll using the string ids that have not already been listed and reserved.  Its actually quite complicated and not easy to explain.  There is a tutorial in the downloads section that show how to do it - but the main problem with it is that it is quite old and dosent really work with any of the expansions, but as a rough guide to show you how to get started then its good.
