a lot f times when my pandas aren't happy, it's just because they don't have enough privacy.  try putting a screen of trees in one area of the exhibit.  hope this helps.

I have only 5 walls with glass that you can see through and the rest of the fence is solid on all 4 side of the pen and that seams to work well for the privacy, and they need lots of toys and plants to hide in.  I put 4 in a pen last night and had two babies born right away.

Make sure that they have LOADS of toys, at leat 3 per animal !! Put at least one shelter per animal (make sure that there are shelters all over the exhibit), and make sure that they have a clean exhibit with plenty of bamboo and a food trough/bowl(preferably trough) with water.
