Changing Construction Costs/values

i want to alter the unit costs of the objects in ZT2.
ie, instead of a restaurant being $250, I want to plug in $529,000 for example, and so on throughout the zoo for all the objects.

how do i do this?

if you have just zt2 without any expanision you would need to find the file called entities.z2f and unzipp it - in that folder there will be a folder called objects and within nthat folder another called buildings and in that folder one called ai - within that would be lots of files called for example atm.xml open this file with notepad and find the line
800">
then change the number to whatever you want

Changing the cost would be nice, since it makes zt2 more realistic.  Building a restraunt now days would NOT cost $250.

I constantly update prices on ZT2 to make them more realistic. I even update animal prices and ammount of offspring (and how often they show up on the animal 'lottery'), though since we have little refrence for those it's hard to get prices right for those x_x

I also wrote a guide on how to make it so that you can sell your animals, it's under Creativity Center > ZT2 > Guides. It's the only guide, actually. You people need to get to work! Geeze!

Back to price...

My price changes aren't just down. For example, I made it $1 for things like carrots (maybe the expensive ones are deluxe?), but $5,000 for restaurants. I was also irritated by how much it cost to build fences (I often had to pay $5k+ for a single exhibit, fencing alone), so I went in and did a major cheat (yes, I know. I'm bad) and made it so that the Post + Rope fence was avalible immediatly, with no research required, and cost $5.

Erm... I'm a major game file editor. If anyone needs help with doing pretty much anything, like changing the ammount an animal shows up for adoption, how many children it has, how much space it needs, which biome it likes, what toys it use, food it eats... lots and lots of stuff I know how to do. I can also do buildings, and changing when things are avalible for sale (for fame).

Another complaint I have... Since when does it take being famous to buy a ROCK? I changed it so that all small rocks are avalible at the start, and only cost $10 each. Also, things like Zoo Maps shouldn't only be avalible to famous zoos. But I do agree with some things, like expensive/fancy buildings. I made it so that the family restroom was avalible right off, too, because why do you need fame to make big bathrooms?
