Helping Admins/mods

It is great that each of you are interested in helping the Admins/Mods when someone has been disresptful to you or the site. When this happens, please contact the Mods/Admins and do not confront this person yourself. This only adds more reason for the person to carry on.
And once you have contacted an Admin/Mod; send the message once. When we are flooded by messages, it is very hard for us to do our jobs and this is how some of us need to communicate as well.
We are thankful that each of you are willing to help. That is what makes ZA an excellent place to be!
