Rules & Tos Violations

Recent events involving a ZA member have lead to this post and will also result in stricter actions by the Moderators and Administrators of this site.

It has been brought to our attention that underage members are re-registering with different names and email addresses to avoid providing parental permission letters.

I will tell you ALL this WILL NOT BE TOLERATED . As Administrators we have access to ALL information on a member, email addy IP(internet service provider) Address, and other kept confidential information that is kept confidential between the Admin and the member. It is through this information that we discover a lot of the Site Rules and TOS violators.

From today - January 17, 2006 the Admins and Moderators of this site are taking a ZERO TOLERANCE stand on violators and stricter enforcement of rules and warnings issued will be done. In the past this site has had a very high standard and that standard will be maintained.


To those members who are in violation or who know another member who is in violation. You all will eventually be discovered and proper actions will be taken. I strongly suggest you ALL read the site Terms of Service and the site Rules. And take whatever action you need to, to be sure you have provided parental permission where you are underage and are following the TOS & Rules in all other cases.

Rules violations will continue to get your warning level raised and when it reaches 10 you will be banned. - Beginning January 31st/2006 anyone with a warning level of 10 will be banned.

Effective January 18/2006 ANY violations of the TOS will result in an Immediate Ban from this site. And all affiliate sites will receive a notification as to the actions taken at ZA.

Information regarding underage violations at Zoo Admin is passed to Administrators of other sites so they to are aware of it.

In this age of technology it is Zoo Admin's first priority to provide a safe and enjoyable place for all to enjoy. We have rules to be followed and a Terms of Service to be adhered to because we want the safety and security that all parents want for their children on the Internet. When children deceive and lie to get access to these forums they are disrespecting themselves, their parents and this site and not being a very responsible person.

A lot of you may find this approach to be mean but it is for the safety of our members that we take the actions we do. The Admins of this site are not young adults we are all older adults with children of our own and take the actions we do with our members the same way we would want actions to be taken with our own children in a similar situation.
