Increase prices for concession buildings. Prices can be safely increased to a quarter less than either the maximum price or double the default price, whichever is lower.

And try to increase your guest happiness.  The higher the GH, the more likely guests will become benefactors when they leave.

Use the adoption center, if downloaded, if no adoption center, when # of guests exceeds 275, place a aquatic gift shop, animal shows work, restraunts in high traffic areas, don't forget to raises the price, and use the carousal, elephant ride, and animal theather.

The animal shows can make you a lot of money, the only show I've made a loss on before is the Great White Shark

And make sure that if you use shows, you place restaurants right by the stands.  When people leave, they'll be hungry and you'll make a lot of money with a few well placed restaurants!
