Sometimes, when my elephants have to poop or pee, they start trumpeting. Well, they always trumpet a little, but sometimes
my elephants start trumpeting for a VERY long time, and some of their needs go into red. Yet they still keep trumpeting. Once
an elephant (asian, but the problem normally happens with africans) was trumpeting so long, it got a tiny bit sick. :lol
Can someone tell me how to solve this?

How often does this happen and where is your elephant when it's trumpeting? :huh

This happens normally after they eat; and they trumpet almost anywhere, even if they happen to be near food/drink.

I've actually noticed this problem with my musk ox. Sometimes one will stand in the middle of the enclosure and just start bellowing. Ten minutes later, it's still bellowing and everthing is red. When this happens I just adopt it out and get a new one. It's almost like a glitch in the game.

I would think just picking it up and then setting it down again would make it stop, but maybe not.

Maybe it got stuck or something.  It seems that when they get stuck needs go into red but it doesn't seem to bother the animal.  When you pick them up and put them elsewhere they get mad but stop to fix their needs.

Often, they do this in places they could easily escape. :(

Thats what I was thinking. Have you got an obstacle like a tree or a rock in the middle of the exhibit? If so then thats probably the prob. If not then its probably a glitch. :><

Well It happended with my tigers, jaguars, grizzly bears, All types of elephants, black leopard, snow leopard, cheetah, crocodiles, and polar bears. What they do is stand there roaring/trumpeting/bellowing/growling really loud and they don't move. So I checked their information panels and it said "Challenge grizzy bear 2" or "Challenge polar bear 24" or something else. I Go to look at grizzly bear 2 or polar bear 24 or something else, and there just walking around normal and fine, playing with toys and stuff. Yet the other animal keeps roaring/trumpeting/bellowing/growling really loud and they don't move. And theres one more mystery, why does it say "challenge grizzly bear 2" instead of "challenging grizzly bear 2"?

They tend to do that when their urge to mate gets high. The other sometimes accepts the challenge, or just ignores it. If the other accepts, it will go to fight the challenger, and one of them will end up as a rack of ribs  :><

There's only one male in the exhibit.
Plus, it says "Going to pee" or "Going to poop"

Sometimes if the animals are getting stuck when they are trying to challenge, you need to sell one of your other males. if a female is doing this, it's probably a glitch :>< . Or it might be that the animal (whichever it may be) doesn't like having more than a male and a female in the same enclosure. i've had this happen to crocodiles. never to elephants, though.

Have you ever noticed the gazzelles always escape even though there are fences around them?
