Jaguar's Zoo Thread
« on: January 02, 2007, 11:07:10 PM »
Hey guys, i'm here to post pictures of my zoo I just made, it's called the.......

MAINE ZOO

It will be a photo tour.

Here's the overview map of the entire zoo: (Note the part where the apes are at was not during the time of the photo tour.)

You walk into Maine Zoo, and as soon as you walk in, nature takes you in, and never lets you go:

You decide to head right and go to the resturant:

After eating and feeling alot better, you countinue right into the Arabian Desert section of the zoo.

You still continue to walk alongside the first exhibit of the zoo:

The first exhibit holds the critically endangered addax and the ostrich:

You admire the oddity of the ostrich and it's size:

You see two addax grazing near the back of the exhibit:

Wow! This is very great! I look forward to the rest!:bounce:  Great Job!: :) : And, hupdo, the ostriches are compatible with desert. Animals of similar biome don't usually mind being together in same exhibits.

Yeah, I also like that combo. Usually I put another ungulate with the addax, but I never thought of putting the ostrich. Thanks again!

I take that is not double posting since it's been over an hour, so here are some more pictures of the Maine Zoo!

You continue to the next exhibit, what's in it?:

A flowerbed distracts you along the way:

At least you know it's a lizard now, but what exactly?:

It's an African spurred tortoise exhibit!:

You turn around and notice another exhibit:

You notice one animal in the exhibit, the Arabian oryx, which is critically endangered:

The other animal in the exhibit is also listed as critical, the scmitar horned oryx:

After that, you move on to the next, and last habitat of the Arabian Desert section of the zoo:

You see a mahogany bench and decide to sit on it and arrange your items you brought along:

You keep walking nearer and nearer to the final exhibit of this section:

You peer into the exhibit and find out that they are striped hyenas:

The striped hyena is such a pretty creature:

After seeing the hyenas you turn around and start up the other trail to the section constantly rated as being the best in the zoo by the guests:

You walk on, still wondering what the next section is:

You see a river type exhibit with creatures in it? It looks pretty familiar:

You proceed down the slope, to get closer to the exhibit:

You look up at the tree, it's a Brazilian nut tree, you think it's an Amazon Section:

You turn around, and you can finally conclude it's the Amazon Section of the zoo, the beauty of the exhibit stuns you:

You see a riverine tucuxi, it's so rare:

You notice more riverine tucuxi, and an Amazonian manatee behind them:

Spadefish also inhabit these waters with the Amazonian animals as well:

You capture an excellent view from above water, and you see the secretive boto!:

Though it's hard to move on, you must:

You spot the next exhibit, and you go up to it:

The next exhibit houses the endangered jaguar!:

You head on, with a look of amazement on your face:

Walking by, you have to take one more look at that Amzaon River exhibit by turning around:

You walk on top of one of our "observation stands", and you like the view:

There goes the view, you look, and you enjoy it!:

You walk down the path, and you see the next exhibit, walk up to it, and you see these animals...... the spectacled bear!:

@ hupdo1593: I edited the game files to make them like Tropical rainforest. I'll see if I can get some of those pics for you too! : :) :

@ Snowstalker: I don't know, you tell me since i'm really confused.

You turn around and spot the next exhibit, giant otters!:

You walk on and go to the last exhibit of the Amazon Section which house Brazilian tapirs:

You continue on to the next section of the zoo:

You see the next exhibit, what's in it, or what section am I in?:

You see a wolverine, and you quickly notice that you in the North American Woods section of the zoo:

You move on from the wolverine exhibit to go to the next:

You walk to the next exhibit and notice that it houses the largest deer in the world, the moose!:

You find a bull moose rubbing it's antlers against a tree:

You find a female moose, she sure looks pretty!:

You go on to the next exhibit:

You turn the corner to the next exhibit:

The next exhibit are grey wolves!:

The grey wolf is a very rare creature:

After your done touring the North American Woods section of the zoo, you head into the next section, the African Safari section:

The first exhibit here are lions:
