Thanks everyone, I haven't been playing Zoo Tycoon 2 for very long so I am still playing around with it quite a bit. Here is my "Mega Reef" Exhibit complete with three floor guest area surrounded almost entirely by an enormous reef exhibit with whale sharks, sea turtles, and manta rays:
